quick help needed on hold about MNSSHP PS's LTT

is it true that you can get a ps if you have a ticket # out of the 90 day out? they seem to have no clue what I am talking about....for LTT

YES, many people already have their PS, if you get a no, you might need to call back and get a CM who knows how to do it

Finally, after 4 people, the 5th one said "of course we can, I don't know why they didn't know that, it is right here on the screen..."
