You can come see me and we'll go to Trader Joes and I'll go see you and we'll go to Wegmans (even though it's still quite a drive, isn't it?). I know that a Wegman's opened up NW of Baltimore and I am going to hop in the van one day with my 15yo and we're going to buy the store out.

Geez, don't get PhD started about Trader Joes! She'll never get off the DIS to feed her girls dinner, put them to bed, see her DH... She is obsessed!

We are supposed to be getting a Harris Teeter in Columbia. I pass by the Trader Joe's on 29 when I am going to and from my Dsis house. Either I don't have time to stop or it is to late. I am going there this weekend, and yet again I can't stop. I am going to pick up something in Severna Park on the way tomorrow night and I am bringing my cousin back with me on Sunday. He is coming to do some work on my house, put in wood floors, paint, etc.

Well, here's an "Oh Crap" from me, too! Not only do I have two avocados in my fridge that are ripe and probably still good, but I also have tortilla chips. So with all this talk of guacamole I could have been eating it. Can you believe that? I even surprise myself!

Homemade is best, but we like the Yucatan brand that Sam's Club sells. Very good!!

When I make mine I "cheat". I mash the avacado and then just add salsa. It already has all of the spices, onions, etc in it.

Also, I don't like the lemon taste when lemon juice is added. If you put the avacado seed(s) in the guacamole when you are done it will not turn brown. Just thought I'd share.

Another vote for Avo, comes both regular & spicy, and Costco, although I don't remember what brand it is.

The nice thing about the veggie burrito or bowl is the guac is included, and if you ask they'll put it on the side for you.

My DD doesn't like guac, so when she goes to Chipotle I ask her to get the guac on the side and then I bring it home and the next day use it in a quesadilla. Yum!

I still have guac on my brain and will need to make or buy some today. And no, I'm NOT telling my DH about my avocado comment and now I can never let bigmerle and him meet for fear that something will be said...
