Quick Genie+ Question - Please leave do not merge

I want this by itself there are too many pages on the other big thread.

Has anybody else called to get Genie+ added to tickets for November and December and if so when you go on the website or app do they look weird to you? Our are showing as (Clone of) Ticket with 28 ATS Codes and before we had 8 day park hoppers.

I did, for length of stay - one ticket showing up in MDE. Looks like this:

Should I call about ours looking weird and not like that or wait a day or 2?
 

I updated mine earlier today (4day PH, Genie+) and they look normal on the app. I upgraded on the computer, I couldn't figure out how to do it on the app.
 
Well take comfort, as you are not alone. My 7 day hoppers look like this now that I added genie+ 🤦‍♀️.

Glad it is not just us but sorry you are seeing the same thing.
We called and the rep confirmed our 8 day park hopper pass with Genie+ was showing and said to give it 24-48 hours it might just take time to show up the correct way on the website or app.
 
Guess I’m not the only person who dreads the hundred pages in merged threads. Who has time to read thousands of posts to search for a specific issue?

Same here... And if I go to my itinerary it shows that I did not upgrade to Genie + yet... But I got an email conforming that I did.. Also, the package price is still the same as before I upgraded when I go to change reservations screen, but the amount shown in my plans is the upgraded price.. Crazy

If you look at your balance due in your plans does it reflect the additional amount including Genie+? And if you go to change your reservation does it still show your old totals and not show the ticket upgrades?

In My Plans my balance due includes Genie +, but when I go to change reservation it tells me I can add Genie + and the dollar total is from without the upgrade...

Mine did the same. I actually modified my reservation back to the old 7 day hoppers without genie+ and it all looks normal again. Maybe I will just add it day by day instead. Our trip isn't until next summer. I was only upgrading the tickets to the genie+ variety in case there was a price increase down the road on it. I wanted to lock in the $15 price.

It won't let me change back.. Button grayed out.. I guess I'll see what happens in next week or so. Thank you

I have not received an e-mail from Disney confirming this payment. I am so bad when it comes technology. On the website or app I always need step by step instructions. I do not see anything that says balance due I paid off our package. I paid for Genie+ over the phone when booking it used my Disney Visa card and when I called back hours later because of how the tickets look on either place the rep showed us with the 8 day hopper and Genie+ and said to allow 24-48 hours to show up correctly. So far it has not.
 
I put a deposit down on a new package and my tickets also say (clone of) Ticket with 30 ATS Codes.
