Trying to decide on a lunch at MGM and want to keep this meal low cost. Could you tell me about ABC Commissary, Catalina Eddies or Rosie's All American cafe. Would I be better off spending a little more and going to Mama Melrose's?

Having not eaten at the first three my choice would be Mama Melrose's or 50s Prime Time Cafe. The portions are big enough to share at 50s PTC, so that would help to keep the cost down.

Everytime we go to MGM we have lunch at the ABC Com. The food is good and the prices are OK too. Something quick and good in my opinion.

I was at the ABC Com last month at around 2 in the afternoon to get Beer for Dad, Tea for mom and a cold drink and dessert for me and the kids. It took 20 minutes to get beverages and a peice of presliced, pre plated cheesecake. This is 20 minutes from the time we ordered. I would never go back.

Have you considered Backlot Express by the Indiana Jones Show? We like it better than the other places you mentioned. Good counter food, lots of interesting decor, large portions that can be shared, plus lots of nooks if you want a little peaceful conversation, plus an outdoor terrace area with lots of shade.
