I don't know about you guys but we are planning on eating out a LOT, and I don't want to spend a lot of time cooking. So my question for you all is do you have any quick favorite recipes, ones easy and quick to make for the few times I'm going to cook. :o We also have a small motorhome so not loading it up with too many things. It's only 2 adults. Thanks all!

I'm planning on making pulled pork sandwiches in my crockpot for one of our evening meals at the campsite. Super easy! I take a pork loin and cut it into 3 inch sections. Add half a sliced onion. Salt and pepper it, and then cover it with Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce. Cook on low all day. When you are ready to eat, take a fork and pull it into small pieces and stir. Serve on a hamburger bun with pickles. Yummy easy dinner!

I like to grill pork chops with a side of stuffing (box mix) and a vegetable. Takes about 20 mins.

Burgers and dogs. Pre-cooked taco meat for taco night. Pasta with marinara or pre-cooked and frozen meat sauce. Turkey Sandwiches.

This is my favorite its called the three packet roast
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (2/3 ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (3/4 ounce) packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 (3 lb) boneless beef chuck roast
Directions:
  1. 1
Whisk together the water, Italian dressing, ranch dressing and brown gravy mix in a bowl until smooth. Place the beef roast in a slow cooker and pour the sauce over top.
  2. 2
Cook on low until the roast is easily pierced by a fork, 6 to 8 hours.
