Quick Downtown Disney Supper Suggestions

My DD and I want to spend part of an afternoon and evening at Downtown Disney and will probably want to eat supper there but I'd rather do counter service or something quick so we could spend more time walking around. I've only been there not during meal times. What's your recommendation? Thanks!

Another vote for Wolfgang Puck Express. WPE is a favorite of ours and we eat there at least once every trip.

Faves: Roasted beet salad, Chinois chicken salad, bacon wrapped meatloaf with crispy fried onions and mashed potatoes, spaghetti and meatballs, mushroom pizza and the butternut squash soup! Reasonable, tasty and fast!
