Yes.
The boats that go between the Port Orleans resorts and Disney a Springs (new name for Downtown Disney) are totally accessible. The boat docks have ramps the captain can use to help with getting wheelchairs and ECVs on the boat. Several seats fold up to make accessible spaces.

Yes
The boats are the same, just themed differently. The same type of boats also go between Saratoga Springd and Disney Springs and between the East and West docks at Disney Springs.

That sounds great - thanks. Haven't been there in several years - heard about the parking garages at Disney Springs so was wondering if it is better to take a boat to DS than to drive down there ...
