I just returned from a quick trip to the world. Here's my report on dining:

Portabello Yacht Club; Very pleasant surprise. We waited at the bar for about 20 minutes before being seated, but Bryan, the bartender, did a great job of taking care of us while we were there. Our waiter was very efficient and friendly. I had the farfelle with chicken, pieces of asparagus, and snow pea pods--excellent. SIs had the shrimp fettuccine with large tail-on shrimp, and a good amount of sauce. SIL had the rigatoni with sausage which she also said was excellent. With the delicious bread and roasted garlic, we had no room for dessert.

LeCellier: ADR was for 6:20. When we checked in, there were several people trying to convince the hostess to let them in--she told them they were full, and had no room for the next two days. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Once Seated, Mo, our waiter, took excellent care of us. I had the cheddar cheese soup, the butternut squash risotta and the maple cream brulee. I thought the risotta was wonderful, as did SIL. Sis had the prime rib, also excellent. They also tried the "torontopolitan" drink with orange and cranberry juice--very nice flavor. SIL tried the ice wine martini, but didn't care for it, so Mo replaced it with another torontopolitan.

Ohana: The place was very crowded, and we couldn't get a seat anywhere-too many people watching the Tampa/Washington game. I was able to get a very last minute seating, mainly because they sat us at a table for 2, which did get crowded. I hadn't been here since the menu changed, but I liked the change. We started out with drinks--Island Winds, and others (can't remember the name, but they were all good). We were first served a very nice mixed green salad with a lime honey dressing. We were also then served the wontons with dipping sauce--my favorite was the peanut sauce. Then they brought up the shrimp--still in the shell, but lightly steamed and warm. The potatoes were next--scalloped, but more like a baked potato than scalloped potato--wonderful flavor. I loved the stir-fry veggies--very crisp-tender. Of the meats, I liked the pork best. The turkey was a little dry, but I dipped it in the dipping sauce and it was good. I didn't care for the sausage, but I never really like sausage. The beef was tender, but not as flavorful as I would like. I thought I would miss the pineapple, but the bread pudding was light and excellent. Great meal here also.

For counter service, we went to Tusker House at Animal Kingdom, and Columbia Harbor House at MK. I thought what we had was good.
