We just got back from a quick trip to WDW post a DCL cruise on the Dream!! So fun! I thought I'd post a quick review on our dining.

Quick Service:
-Earl of Sandwich: we got 2 Holiday Turkey, a chipotle chicken avocado and a earl's club. All were yummy, love the bread.
-Hurricane Hanna's (at the BC pool): we got the chopped field greens salad, grilled chicken sandwich and the kids both got a cheeseburger. The meals were good, nothing super special, but very easy at the pool.
-ABC Commissary at HS: we got the Asian salad with chicken (YUM!), a chicken club and the kids both got a power pack. The love those power packs and were happy with their choices.
-Backlot Express at HS: we wanted the old menu, but we ended up going back to HS for the SW fireworks and were hungry, so we tried it. It was ok, wouldn't necessarily go back. We got 2 chicken nuggets, and the kids split a cheeseburger.

Table Service:
-Boma for breakfast! SOOOOOO good! Definitely our favorite breakfast on property. DS loves the juice! DH loved the French toast bread pudding.
-Raglan Road for dinner: it was good, the kids and DH got the risotto and loved it! I got the It's Not Bleedin Chowder and it was NOT good. I wouldn't get it again. I was bummed because we love RR, but this was a bad choice.
-Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch: we had never been and we LOVED it! Our best meal of the week! The Colony salad was delicious and DH loved his pot roast. The kids got the turkey dinner and loved it. I got the ooey gooey dessert and it was AMAZING! I had read of people saying to go there just for it and thought that must be an exaggeration, but it's NOT! GO! It is YUM!
-Chef Mickey's for breakfast: it's the kids favorite character meal and that's why we keep going back. I don't love the food, it's just ok. But the kids love it, so we go, lol!

Such a fun trip!!

Thanks for the reviews. DS (who hates sandwiches at home) dreams of the EOS turkey sandwich.
Boma is also our favourite breakfast at WDW and we also had a really gross meal at Raglan Road - the only thing that lived up to the hype was the bread and butter pudding I should only have gone with that :)

Good to hear the thumbs-up for the Liberty Tree. I will be eating there for the first time this August. Even though I've been visiting the World for decades, I just never thought about this place for some reason. The Unofficial Guide likes them a lot, too.
