Quick dining plan question

Are Nine Dragons and Lotus Blossom Cafe included on the dining plan? If so, how TS credits are needed for Nine Dragons?

My son wants to eat in China during our trip in April.

They both are!
Nine Dragons is a table service restaurant, 1 TS credit.
Lotus Blossom is a counter service restaurant.

Even though I don't see much on here about Nine Dragons, I LOVED the sesame chicken! Great place to eat, IMO!
