quick clarifying question...dining review contest..sorry

Just curious ...now this will probably sound like a dumb question...It sounded like we could review ANY restaurant....Disney or non disney....would that mean that we could even review say a mcdonalds or chain restaurant...what about a family restaurant in illinois???
