Quick Check In at FW

Has anyone used this? Do they have a quick check in at the pull thru windows or do you have to go inside? If you do have to go inside, is it worth it?

And thank you, thank you, thank you!! After all our trips-I still get so much help from all you guys on here!!

Thanks to you. we are able to afford a golf cart for 10 days from Kenny!!

I've done the online check in thing the last couple times we went. Each time upon arrival there was NO special lane set up outside to drive to and in the lobby, while they do have the far right "window" with the little "online check in" sign there was no special line for it. You still had to wait in line with everyone else then the CM had to run outside to lane 4 to get the paperwork and bring it back inside.

They had an online check-in lane two weeks ago when we arrived on Friday afternoon, but it didn't move any faster than the rest of us.

I maintain it can't hurt to use on-line checkin.

For your time in the window since they have the credit card data and decisions your time is certainly less.

The last few times we checked in on a Friday or Saturday late-afternoon there was a designated online checkin lane (the furthest left of the 6) but the one time we came in on a Tuesday there was no special line. Our experience was the designated line moved quickly but as you can tell that's not the universal experience.

So do it. It can't hurt.
