There's a thread right at the top of the budget board that tells you all about the meal vouchers. Just read there. I've heard many buy them from hotwire for the $11.50 that you speak of, and Florida Orlando Tickets is who sells them for the $17.50. You can also buy them off of Ebay, but please be careful there as they will sell well above and beyond what they are truly worth.
