Quick car question, 2004 vs 2005?

Does anyone know when they stop making the 2004 cars and only make the 2005 ones?

Most major auto makers will not be 'making' 2004 any longer. There may be a few shipments left, but they are all probably tooled for manufacturing the 2005.

If you are in the market for a new car, you might be able to score a nice deal on a 2004, once the 2005s have arrived at the dealerships.

Most car companies nowadays do not do a major changeover as years ago, all shutting the plants down for several weeks in late spring, early summer, intros in late summer early fall. They seem to just introduce them on an ongoing basis whenever. Some '05 models were available in Feb, I would say, as Deb said above, no '04 labeled cars are probably being manufactured now, or at least maybe another month.
