Quick BCV Studio Question

We are leaving Sunday for a 5 night stay at the BCV staying in a studio (in Dec. we were in a 1BR). Regarding the refrigerator, I know that it is not a full size like a 1BR, but will it be big enough to stand up a 1/2 gallon of milk or a 2q orange juice? Are the shelves adjustable?

Also, if we grab a few perishables from Winn Dixie on the way, will BC store them in a refrigerator for us if the room is not ready? I am anticipating not being able to get in our room when we arrive, as we land at just after 10 a.m.

Hi Chip,
We were in a BWV studio in Feb., and if the refridges are the same size (I think they are) you will be all set. The door has shelves that we used for milk, OJ & juice. We were also able to fit a small pizza box on a shelf inside the fridge (showing how deep it was.)

And yes, they will store your perishables in a walk-in size fridge until you check in. When we were at BCV in Nov., we spotted the rather large fridge with entire luggage carts (the ones the bellmen use) in there with luggage and bags of groceries. Makes for some mighty cold undies!

in the studio we had because of the way they had the under-the counter refreigerator - then no - the shelves were not adjustable. but if you get one like this - I would call housekeeping - they have to be able to do it!

We stayed in a studio at BCV for Halloween. I fit both milk and OJ (2 qts. each) on the door of the fridge. I was able to store bottled water and soda on the shelves inside.

We arrived early also. The BC staff stored our luggage and perishables with no problem.

We were in rm 455, it was a dedicated studio. It had a huge balcony with a fantastic view of spaceship earth! We loved it!
