Quick Adobe Photoshop question

I use Adobe Photoshop to create slide shows from vacation pictures. It is very easy to put together. There is background music provided with the program, but I was wondering whether I can take music from a CD and use it as my background music instead.

If so, could anyone explain how to do it?? I need easy directions!!

Great question. I use a different program to do this. I have Studio 8 which allows me to make DVD's and put music to the background of the pictures. I am not sure if you can do the same with Adobe. I have it but have never tried doing that. I will have to go and play for a while....

cati- I know there is another Adobe photoshop program that allows you to do more. It "seems" like there should be some way to put your own music in, but I just can't sem to figure it out. I am burning pictures/slide shows to a CD. The music provided is okay and will do, but I would like to put in more memorable music if possible.

Karen, I dont think mine is like yours, I have just Adobe Photoshop Elements. I dont think mine will even let me do slideshows now that I have been trying to play with it. LOL

Have you gone to the Adobe website, maybe they have a discussion board and you could ask someone on there.

Good luck and I hope you can do what you want it to do. There is nothing more frustrating KNOWING what you want it to do, and it just not having that function. I know, been there also. LOL

My hubby downloaded a free (maybe trial) program that let him add up to 2 audio tracks to his pictures. It also had TONS of neat transitions. Unfortunately, I can't think of the name right now, although I could check when I get home.
