quick 180+10 question

We have a room only reservation for the BC Sept 21, and switch over to our free dining package Sept 22-28 at the polynesian resort. Can I start making my dining reservations 180+10 from Sept 21, or do I have to wait until my package starts to make them?

My experience is 180 out from your DDP start date. We arrive the 17th to sleep at AoA, but our DDP starts on the 18th, so Tuesday was our ADR day. I tried on Monday and no such luck.

As long as you link it to your room-only reservation number you can book 180 days out from your date of arrival for your room only reservation. I did that this past Sunday and was able to book all 7 of our reservations even though our dining plan reservation was still 182 days out.

Dining can be booked 180 days out from arrival even for those not on the DDP so therefore the system does not require you to have a DDP linked to your reservation in order to book.
