queue'ing time at gates for opening?

what times are they lately letting in the hotel resort guests into the park at IOA to head over to Harry Potter? & then do you queue again at the beginning of the land for another wait? & how long?

I would also like to know. I am going in December. The website says resort guests get in an hour before official park opening, which would mean about 8am. However, I would like to know if we will have to wait to get into WWOHP once we get in the park.
