East Coast = 11:30am
Mountain Central Time = 9:30am
Central Time = 10:30am

What I don't like about this quest though is you have to be in the room
to see how many seats there are for task 17.

Well, when I sent to go look at it in my inventory I had 2... so I guess it has been a quest prize before and I just had noticed the 1 vs. 2.

The PPR Water Carpet 2 was newly released for the Captain Blackheart's Heart
of Gold Quest. So it came out a while ago.
