Can someone tell me what S'mores are?

Also, does anyone know, when a menu refers to shrimp, would that be what we call prawns in Australia? To us, shrimp are tiny little things less that an inch long and very watery.

And, what is so good about Boma. The food sounds great and its on my list so far. Just wanted to know if there is anything really special about it. We are a group of 6adults and 5kids.

I think thats it for now. I'm in the process of finalising the ADR's I want to make.

Mmmmm, s'mores! Graham cracker, topped with chocolate square, topped with toasted marshmallow, usually topped with another graham cracker. At 50's PT it was an open faced s'more though. The chocolate is all melty, the marshmallow is all gooey, it's messy and very yummy!!

I'm guessing shrimp here is somewhat equivalent to what you call a prawn. I'm not so familiar with prawns, but that sounds right.

I am a Boma fan for a few reasons. First, it's a buffet, but a nice one. The chefs are standing right there to tell you what is in the food, make suggestions, be sure it's all fresh and good. Second, wide variety of unusual food that I wouldn't feel comfortable committing to off a menu (I am very picky), but I can taste around and see what's good. Third, super desserts. And finally, a beautiful atmosphere and we had a wonderful waiter when we were there.

Yumm smores are my favorite you have to try one!! Try the 1 from 50's pt they are really good!! They have some at le cellier to but they are not original smores they have ice cream and sprinkles and a different looking kind of graham cracker thing!! I'm going to try the one from le cellier, and whispering canyons this year!!
