Questions regarding Ent Rate.....

Every time I call Universal, I'm told that the Entertainment 2004 rates will be out in November....Does anyone have a guess for when they might be out???? or know when the prior year's Ent rates were out???? Also, I've seen a few postings about Hotel Kingdon...does anyone have any experience booking through them???? I would greatly appreciate the info. We are desperately trying to stay on-site...however budget will only allow if done through discounts!!!! Thanks for the info!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think that most of the posters here are being told late November for ent rates for 2004.

I have read a couple of threads where people have booked through hotel kingdom and had NO problem. just be sure to read the cancel policy.
