Questions regarding Biergarten in Epcot

Does the Biergarten in Epcot:

1) Accept ADRs?
2) When does the entertainment run?

Any replies appreciated!

1. Yes
2. I cannot remember exact but about every 20-30 minutes. You will experience it sometime during your meal unless you are really really fast. It is a lot of fun and even if you are done eating you can wait for the entertainment.
