Okay Doc, not sure what is or isn't appropriate to ask here, I'm sure you'll let me know. My question is, if I sell my DVC contract, do the closing costs the seller pays take care of the title search and all that stuff? I work in a law firm here in N.C. that has real estate attorneys, so I was wondering if I could utilize them for anything to cut down on costs. This is by no means a for sale post, just trying to figure out the workings of it all. My dad is getting his real estate license (here in N.C.) would he be able to draw up a contract for me. Any info anyone could give me without breaking any of the no for sale post rules of the DIS would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

I'm sure you could use them for the title search and deed. I doubt they'd be able to do title insurance for FL. The only costs you would have to pay regardless would be the transfer fee and closing costs. Whether the buyer would be comfortable with that is up to them. If you use your company, make it part of your deal, not the buyers portion. You can submit directly to DVC yourself for the ROFR and to DVC and Orange County for the recording and finalization. Good luck.
