Questions re: Netgrocer

Anyone that has used Netgrocer, how was your experience? Has the food been there when you arrived? Do they resorts have a problem accepting packages (AS Music) from them? Does Disney charge to hold the package?

Lastly, does any one know of any coupons/discount codes floating around for them?

Hi momoftwins:

We used Netgrocer for our trip in 2000. Back then, we had absolutely NO trouble using them. Ordered a case of bottled water and non-perishables such as cereal, granola bars, and crackers and had it shipped directly to the resort (Dixie Landings back then). When I checked into the resort, I asked about the package and it was right there waiting for me at Guest Services in a back room. It saved me having to pack that stuff in my luggage and on our way from the airport, used the grocery stop provided by Tiffany's just to get some perishables such as milk and fruit. I loved it and would do it again in a heartbeat.

The only thing is that I'm not sure what the policy is these days about the resorts accepting packages for guests....you might want to phone them first.

approximately how far in advance of date of arrival would you/ should you order from netgrocer?
can you tell them an arrival date?
