Ok I just got my BEO and was hoping some of of the past brides may be able to answer some of my questions. When doing BOC for a bar package, shouldn't this only include the adults? They included children on mine, so I would think it should be a little lower. Also I have 3 kids that are under 3, but they are being charged a viewing fee for my dessert party. Is this normal? Again since they are free to get into the park, I wouldn't think that I would have to pay for them to view the fireworks. Are there discounted children prices for the dessert menu like there are for a normal menu, or are the prices the same for everyone? Finally would anyone know how much it costs per person just for water to be served? My buffet already includes juices, teas, and coffee, and they have me down for a soda and water package, but I would just like to do water since it is so early. Anyway, if anyone knows the answers to these questions, I'd really appreciate your help. I know I can just ask my planner, but I figured I would get a faster reply on here, and this way I don't have to bother her quite yet. Thanks for the help!

If it's not a soda and water bar, children should not be counted - probably just a mistake.

That makes sense to me - I'd check on this with your planner too. It's probably a mistake.

Dessert party menus cost the same for adults and children.

They can set up a station with pitchers of ice water for a flat fee of about $25 - good idea! :thumbsup2

thanks lurkyloo! I figured the first couple of things were a mistake, but wanted to make sure. That water station sounds like a much better idea than the soda package! I'll definitely be asking about that one. Thanks again!
