I am considering renting points & have a few questions:

If I'm not buying a package (I have leftover admission days from a previous trip), and I'm staying at a villa via renting points, can I:

1. Participate in Extra Magic Hours?

2. Get on the Disney Dining Plan?

3. Pay for maid service (if so, how much $?)?

4. Pool hop?

Yes, I don't have the pricing handy, but I think it's just under $40/day
3. Pay for maid service (if so, how much $?)?
Yes, the price depends on the room size, maybe someone here has the list.

4. Pool hop?

Nope, the pool hopping privilege is for Members Only

ask the DVC member to note this on your reservation and you will wait and pay for it at check-in. more information can be found in the dining forums on the DIS.
