I was on the shortened 9/25 (9/27) Magic and was given the 25% off voucher for a future cruise. For those of you who have rebooked using the vouchers, how long did it take you to know what the total bill was using the vouchers?

I booked in late October. The voucher was mailed by DU on 11/1, but I still don't know what the actual amount I owe is. I am not sailing at a peak time, unless 4/21 Wonder is somehow holiday/peak. TA says she'll check on it, but I am just curious as to your wait time.

Redding we are having the same problem. Our TA (All Seasons) has told us no less than 3 times they will get back with us and give us our final cost for our September cruise and we have never heard a word. We sent the vouchers in weeks ago. From the way we understand it taxes and port charges are pretty minimal so it should be pretty close to 25%. Who knows I am just happy we finally received our insurance check!

We used DCL directly for our ressie. Once I got the voucher....I overnighted it to them. It showed within 2-3 days after that. Just remember...it's off the cruise fare....NOT off the total amount. :)

We were also on that 9/25 cruise with you and have rebooked for the same week next year. During the rebooking process with my travel agent, she was able to tell me what the discount was going to be before we put our deposit down. Once she received the voucher, she sent it right back to Disney, it was applied and the amount was exactly what she said from the start.

We've re-booked for Jan 15th through our travel agent. She made the reservation, sent the vouchers and had a total with in a couple of days, actually as soon as DCL got them.

All Seas held our vouchers for nearly a month before we finally got firm with them and they sent them to us. We are NOT impressed with their service and refused to rebook with them. We have elected another travel agent who is more consumer oriented/friendly.

Glad you also got your insurance check along with the 25%!! Pays to get the insurance, doesn't it?!

We booked with DU within a month of returning from our 9/27. Although John did not have the voucher as of yet, he figured the new price as an estimate and with in two or so weeks of booking, the discounted price showed up on the reservations page when I checked.

Hope all this info helps!
