Today I'm going to decide for or against walking/jogging the RnR series when it comes to Lexington. My goal next year is to do this one in March and the Disney WnD in November. BUT...
I am really new to this running world. About 3
months in. Yesterday I did my 4th race, a 5K. It was my second time on this course. I started out running and then switched to intervals. All of the sudden my calves were on fire, minutes later my toes on my right foot went numb. Then my whole foot went tingly. I did stretch out first and I have. Brooks that I was fitted for. What did I do wrong? It totally messed up my time and my confidence. Is this normal and just pain u have to push through? Or did I not do something correct as a novice?
Any advice greatly appreciated.
