I know people here can help me!!!!

1. I see pictures of little girls in their costumes with the princesses do people take them from home? I want to take my girls princess dresses for the story book dinner... will it be too much to carry?

2. Which character breakfast is the cheapest? Which is the Better?

3. My dad is sending me 2 unused tickets that his wife got when they used to live there... They say Expire 14 days after 1st use... does this mean they are multiple day tickets????? anywhere I can find out? I still don't have them on my hands!!!

4. Is it sooo different in price to dine with and without the characters? I will try to convince my husband for a breakfast too since we have a dinner reservation (princess story book)

5. We will have a stove at the place we are staying, what do you prepare? do you use it at alll. we will probably eat breakfast there every morning.. is grocery shopping expensive, should I bring thiungsv from home?

6. Where can I find anything that has been added to the parks since 2003?
I got the Birnbaum's and some other books from the library but they are old...

I'll think of more questions I have to go now... my husband thinks I'm obssesed with the trip and more excited than our daughters so I'll leave before he gets home!

I'm no expert but I'll try to answer a few questions-

1. We took my dd's Minnie Mouse costume one year for Chef Mickey's cause she loved Minnie. The pics we have are great- and it didn't take up too much space. Mickey even got down on one knee and pretended to faint after seeing her.

2. Not sure there's a price difference between the princess breakfasts- we did the one in Norway and saw quite a few of the princesses. The breakfast was good too.

3. Don't know about the tickets- I'd call WDW after you get them in your hands to check.

4. Short answer- yes. The characters come to your table to interact with you, take pictures and sign autographs if you want them. The kids feel pretty special after that and it's usually a pretty good meal.

5. We've never had a stove where we stayed- but we usually do breakfast in our room and some lunches/dinners of sandwiches. I'm not sure I want to do too much cooking, since I'm on vacation too

6. The dis website gave me tons of info on what is new- so look through the website when you have time.

I'll try to help with a few...

1. I made and brought my dd's dress from home. We carried it in a backpack until we went back to the locker. We love the lockers! They are $5 a day, with unlimited access, and transferrable from park to park with your receipt. We brought snacks for during the parade, our video camera and tripod, and extra shirts. (The extra shirts are for when you get caught in the "daily rinse"; the heavy downpour that happens just about every afternoon. You can live with wet bottoms if you have a nice dry top!) Anyway, I had her wear her shorts and top under the dress, and after she was done wearing it, we crumpled it up into the backpack and dropped it off in the locker the next time we were there. The dresses in the parks run around $60-ish, so it's a savings to bring it from home. DD wore it on the plane to WDW, and everyone treated her like a princess from the moment we stepped into the airport at our end till the moment she took it off. She loved it!

4. Character dining is a great experience if you have never done it before. We did breakfast in Norway for our first trip, and it was pure magic. The princesses actually stop and talk to you for a few moments, but they are all yours for those few moments, and make your family feel so special. We also did Crystal Palace that trip, and got plenty of attention from Pooh and friends. We did Cindy's castle this last trip, before the recent changes, and it was great too. Try a character meal at least once, but don't think you have to do one every meal. Although the food is good, you are paying for the characters in most of the restaurants, especially in breakfast dining.

6. Check out allearsnet.com. They have all the menus and everything else you need to know. These boards are awsome, but the allears site has everything in a more researchable format. After you studied there, and while you are studying there, read these boards. The info you can find here is priceless, as it is all first-hand. As far as books are concerned, I also like Passporters Guide to WDW.
