Questions/Assistance Needed - Florida Residents Rate

Hello all-

We are going to be at WDW Oct 15-22, 2005 and will be meeting my cousin from Miami, FL there. We are considering renting a cabin at FW at the Florida rate and splitting it with my cousin. I'm concerned though.............if we do this and book it in my cousin's name, will my family from Michigan be eligible for Magical Express? Can I book the reservation in my name and have my cousin there with me when we check in to provide Florida id?

The only thing I know for sure is this: whoever the FL resident is, that is the one who needs to book the rooms because that's the ID they will be looking for at check-in. FL residents are allowed to book up to 3 rooms I believe. Obviously they can't be in all of them, but just must be the one to book it.
Help me out FL gang!

The Fl resident can book all 3 & have them linked together therefore only having the name on one room. You are thinking of the FW Cabins, there would be no problem since that is only one room. As far as the magical express, that is something your family here in FL may need to find out when they call. It would be interesting to know, so please let us know when you find out. I would think they they can but then not sure since you aren't the resident???

For our Dec trip this year family from NY is also coming and they were able to get the ME and I made the rooms ressie for the Fl rest. rate. It wasn't a problem at all.
