Questions-Anaheim Desert Inn??

We are going to DL in Nov. for our son's first trip (4 years old). We are considering staying at the Anaheim Desert Inn.

Has anyone stayed there? Any comments?

How is the indoor pool?

What does the continental breakfast consist of?

Any specials or discounts available?

It has been quite a while since I stayed there so I don;t know what the breakfast is like anymore. The room was comfortable and clean. The indoor pool is not realy very big and is not in a big room so it is very loud and full of the echoing screams of kids having fun. The location is awesome and you can walk over to the parks in less than 5 minutes depending on the stop light at the cross walk.

We stay there every time we go to Disneyland. The rooms are good-sized and clean. The continental breakfast consists of breakfast pastries, toast, some fruit (apples and oranges usually), coffee and juice. It makes a good snack, but probably isn't enough for a full meal.

You realy can't beat the short walk to the parks though.
