Questions about Windsor Hills townhomes

We're renting a WH townhome for the first time and I was wondering about a few things. We'll have 3 adults and a 7yo. Will the splash pool accomodate all of us? What about pool toys - what kind/size will fit? Also, I did not request pool heat because we'll be there the 2nd week of June and the pool is south-facing. Does anyone think we'll need the heat?

And one last thing - do all the bedrooms have cable for the tv? We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo at WH last trip and discovered that one of the bedrooms had no cable hookup. Not a deal breaker but I'd like to know in advance this time. TIA:)

I believe the splash pools at the WH Townhomes are about 12 ft. x 12 ft. so should be fine for your family. As I walk around the resort, see lots of pool toys around the townhome pools, but probably don't want to overwhelm the pool. I'd check with the owner or management company about the cable situation, should be in the advertisement. Most homes in Windsor Hills have cable throughout. Pool heat in June is optional, but the splash pools can also be utilized as a spa, I believe, so that's nice to have heat for at least. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the info. I didn't know the pool could be used as a spa. I'll need to ask the owner about that to be sure cause they don't advertise it as such. Sure would be nice tho.:goodvibes

Also check on heat setting, if you are able to control or if it is fixed as to temperature of pool. So might want to check to see if it will get hot enough to warrant as spa and good idea to get more information.

You would need to ask the owner. Each room has a cable TV WIRE, that doesn't mean the owner necessarily installed a TV in each of the rooms though. The homes do vary in amenities such as TVs, quality of the TVs, furnishings, extra amenities, and also price. You do get what you pay for, beware of the lowest price, or prices that seem unusually lower than all of the others, as this may be the home that doesn't have such things!

The best thing is to look at pictures of each of the rooms, usually this would be on the owner's website. Ask the owner if it's not pictured or clear, ask for current pictures, and if you have a specific question, ask.

You should get what was described in the advertising or listing, and what you paid for. If they listed TVs in every room, they should be there, if they didn't...well..
