Questions about views at Contemporary

Hi. I am considering a Deluxe Garden Suite and have been offered either Garden or Lake Views - what does this mean? Which one will get me a view of the MK?

Also, offered a Bay Lake View in another room - any suggestions?

I was also told that the one room was on the 14th floor - is this a benefit? Thank You So Much!

The room on the 14th floor you were offered in on the Concierge floor, full. (12th floor is the lite concierge.)

I've heard the 14th floor is one of the best in all of WDW. We are staying there in Sept.
