Questions about rebooking Southwest?

Hi,

I currently have flights booked MCO to BWI for Sept 25. With the new Southwest deals, I'd like to change those flights... cancel them and rebook one of the $59 fares.

When I go to the SW website and put in my confirmation number and name, I get this message:

What happened?
Your reservation contains modifications that prevent you from changing it online.

What you need to do:
Please contact a Reservations Sales Agent at 1-800-435-9792 for assistance with your reservation

I have not made any modifications to my currently held flight since I booked it. This message concerns me.... why would I not be able to view my flight info online? Is this just a glitch with their website, or is it because of the type of fare I booked originally (which was also a Wanna Get Away fare), or should I be worried that something's not right with our booking?

I am on hold with SW right now but they're saying one hour hold time....

That happened to me a few days ago. I got like a $140 credit.

I had to call the number, got on hold, and they gave me the option of leaving my number and them calling me back. They called back right in time and took care of it for me. There's no problem. No worries
