Questions about parking at the port

We have the Radisson booked prior to our cruise. We were going to use their shuttles, but when talking to DH last night, I told him pros and cons of each. A big pro to the port being we won't have to wait on a shuttle, we can just disembark and leave!! He says we should park at the port.
How easy is it to get there from the Radisson? Is it marked well? (I assume it probably is, but . . .) Do we have to lug our bags in or is there an easier way to get them where they need to be? Anything else I need to know?

I can't help you with directions from the Radisson to the port.

When you arrive at the port by way of your own vehicle, they direct you right to the luggage drop off area. You stop there, drop off any luggage you want to check with the porters and then drive over and park your car.

It is a short walk from the parking lot to the terminal. You can also leave all of your passengers at the luggage drop off area and only send the driver to park the car.

Very easy to park at the port.

The Radisson..may be a 1/2 mile from the port..if that. Very close and easy to get to. Parking at the port is so convenient.

Also..as long as you have a car..don't forget to check out Grills restaurant (also at the port). We love it for dinner the night before the cruise..we eat early, as it gets very busy. We also go for breakfast the morning of the cruise, you can see the Magic from the restaurant.

I have parked at the port. You drop off your passengers and luggage at the curb right next to the ship. It is right by the entrance to the checkin. There are two parking lots. One is right next to the ship and the other is right across the street. Both are VERY close. They are $10 a day and you have to pay when you arrive. This is nice so you don't have to wait to leave. Throw your luggage in your car and go. Make sure you have a carry on with all the stuff you need until you get to your room. I don't believe you get your room until 1pm and your luggage may show up anytime that afternoon. When you depart, there are porters to help you take your luggage to your car anywhere in the parking lot. Very nice.

Thanks for the info!! With all that said, we are definately parking at the port. I would hate to have to wait a long time for the Radisson shuttle. We want to get on our way as soon as we can!! Thanks again!!
