Questions about Paramount's 30 day tickets

When you buy the Fun In The Sun pass from paramount, does it come with a breakfast voucher?

Other than Disney and Kennedy Space Center, what other places are included?

Can someone give me the number to call to order the passes?

My brother and his family just used the FITS passes on our Christmas trip. A breakfast voucher was included, but it is not the same as the Connections voucher and works at fewer locations. CRT and the Crystal Palace were not included for this voucher.
