Does Pandora ever offer any specials or deals? And if you own one how does it hang on your wrist if its not all the way full?

If you fill the space between the 2 clips it seems like it might be so heavy it flops around and is on the underside of your wrist most the time. I love them but am afraid to start investing that much money into one and then be frustrated with it.
Thanks

I got one for Christmas and love it. I only have 3 charms so far. The charms do move around and hang at the bottom of the bracelet, but that doesn't bother me. I haven't seen any deals yet.

My family started my braclet almost 4 years ago. I get a few charms for each holiday. Yes it does hang down if you only have charms between the two clips in the center. As you fill it it tends to not do that as much. I am actually starting a second braclet as the kids love picking out the charms that mean something to them. I have a ghost charm - my son was a ghost 2 Halloweens ago, I have a heart from my DD, a frog from DS and music notes from DD. I love it so very much. :)

I have a full one....it's heavy and gets in the way alot. Especially if I'm on the computer. As a result, I don't wear it much. I prefer my Nomination bracelet which is the same concept but the bracelet lies flat.

I love them too. I'm second guessing wanting one because my DH who never cares what I buy was surprised about how much money you can have invested in one bracelet.

I have one with about 10 charms and I think it's very pretty. I only wear it when I am going out and not around the house. I don't think I've seen any deals on beads. PP, I was wondering where the music notes were found? I haven't seen those beads yet? I think the ghost is very cute. I really want to get the angel charm.

I just got one for Christmas. My mom started one for both me and my sister. So far I only have one charm but its something she plans to add to. She just brought me a catalog and the charms are so pretty but I've not seen them out and about yet. I need to go and take a look at what they look like in person so I know which ones I'd like to get.

It is a round bead top and the two music notes hang down by a link (silver). I think they got me this one about 2-3 years ago at the local jewlery store called The Source. At that time they were the only ones in Rochester to carry Pandora. Now several places carry them here.

I love that my kids pick the things that mean something to them and we look at it when I wear it (like PP usually just on special occassions) and reflect on what each piece means to them and why they chose it. :)

I've heard that Pandora never goes on sale, but my local jeweler does occasionally have "trunk shows".

Back in October, they had a free lobster clasp bracelet with a $100 purchase. That's when I started my obsession with Pandora.

In December, they had a deal where you were supposed to get a free Pandora jewelry box with a minimum purchase. My store never got the jewelry boxes in, so when I made my purchase, I got one of the openers as a substitute. When my DH and DS went to buy charms for birthday/Christmas, the store was out of the openers, so they got a silver charm for free.

Next month, they'll be having another trunk show, but I don't know what they will be offering.

As far as the bracelet moving around with just a few charms, like others have said, it does...but as you get more charms, it happens less. I wear my Pandoras every single day - put them on in the morning when I get dressed and don't take them off until I'm in my jammies.

I have two of them. DH started me on my first a while back and it is completely done in two-toned beads. It is full and is heavy, but I miss it when I forget to put it on in the morning. I work at a computer all day and it really does not bother me, but it did take a while to get used to it.

My second is about 1/2 full. Most of the beads are still between the clips with only one or two on the other sections. It does not spin around to hang down on me, but it did before I went to a size smaller in the bracelet.

I love my beads. They are expensive, but there are a few good vendors on eBay and sometimes you just run across good deals on there. I purchased my three most expensive charms (going by retail price) at about 25% of retail as buy in nows.

Also if you are not stuck on only Pandora beads there are others that will fit the Pandora bracelets. I have purchased Disney Chamilia beads (which they sell in the parks and at DTD) and recently discovered Eves Addiction (evesaddiction.com) which has Baci beads for under $15 - right now most of them are on sale for $8.95. I've purchased two and was very pleased with them. I love my Pandora bracelet!

My husband bought me my Pandora bracelet for my birthday this past July.
I have all my beads between the two clips with one bead on one side. It does hang below the wrist, for now, until it's full, but it doesn't bother me. I just rec'd 3 more beads for Christmas presents from my DH and 2 DD's. Love this bracelet. Just ordered the safety chain that I will pick up tomorrow. I know I will probably be owning more than one of these bracelets as I really do love the charms. It is true, it turns out to be one expensive bracelet when all is said and done, but it's not a lump sum all at one time and offers my DH gift ideas for me:rolleyes1 Like Valentine's is coming up and I'm really hoping for some more charms:love:

One of my family beach portrait clients had 4 of them and they're all gorgeous! I love how her kids know what each and every charm or bead is for.

I was going to get one started for my niece, but it was expensive to start it and I wasn't sure what size to get. We decided against it and got her something else for her birthday and Christmas.

Looking at Pandora's website, I really liked them and want to start one. Our Anniversary and my birthday is coming up in April, so I think that's a good reason to get one. We don't purchase things too expensive on Valentines, so it's not a good gift for us on that day. I'm eyeing a new blouse or a pair of shoes though.

I have one full one & it is heavy, so I don't wear it as much as I used too. And since my birthday & the holidays I have enough to start another one. I have a few of the disney charms so I might start just a disney one.

I started a Pandora at the beginning of the year and I love mine. My supervisor was the one that turned me onto it. And whenever I need a little pick me up I go get a new charm. They are a little pricey but I think I deserve it. I wear it on my left arm so it doesn't bother me as much during the day when I am typing or writing. And I stick the the all silver ones so they are a bit more reasonable. My supervisor has since moved on to a necklace..not sure I will go there with her but it has been nice filling mine up. Some of my co-workers change out the color beads through out the year to match the seasons..

We LOVE pandora

Thanks

I was at the Mall after Christmas and the local Jeweler had a huge amount of them on sale! Look for Jewelers that may be going out of business.

They are beautiful. Good luck!

I love my Pandora. I have 2. One I filled up. The other has just a few. What I found is if it is too heavy or you get board you can take some off or change the order of them. I have bought some at my local store but most of them I have bought off e-bay. Just bought my daughter one. She says she only wants a few beads which is o.k and the fun of Pandora.

I am looking at mine right now.... and I love it.

I bought it for myself right before Valentines last year. I said to DH, this is what you can get me every holiday now.. how easy is that?

I got three birthstone dangles (my kids) for mothers day
I got a blue stone spacer for my birthday
I got a heart for our anniversary
I got a rose and a pocketbook for Christmas.... all from him.

And then my mom got me a couple for Christmas!

I also have bought myself (and continuing) a glass bead with every 10lbs lost on my diet.

I did feel that when the charms were only between the spacers, it flipped. Now that it is getting a little more full, it fits a lot better!

I love it!
