I'll be taking my family on a Disney Cruise in September. We are thinking about booking a future cruise while on board. Can we book 2 future cruises under my name and my wife's are is it per stateroom? Also, can we book a placeholder for someone else who isn't on board? My extended family wants to come on the future cruise and we're trying to figure out if we can get them a discount as well. Sorry if this has been asked a lot and I missed the posts but I couldn't find any answers to these questions.

The limit is up to 2 rooms on one future cruise per household. You can book additional rooms, or other cruises, but they will not get the onboard booking perks.

Who you put in those two rooms is up to you.

Small correction: other rooms booked onboard get the onboard credit, but not the 10% discount or reduced deposit. Or at least it worked that way last time I asked. $100-$200 in onboard credit isn't nothing. It's still worth booking rooms for family and friends, even if you only get the 10% discount on the first two.

Well, the paperwork I got says "This offer is limited to two staterooms on one future cruise date (per household sailing). Additional staterooms may be booked at the current prevailing rates."

Since the offer is "10% off prevailing rates; up to $200 onboard credit per stateroom; reduced deposit on 7 night sailings and longer" I'm reading that as the OBC is only on the two rooms you can book, not additional ones.

When did you get the OBC on an additional room?

This past January, my wife and I went on a B2B and ended up booking 5 placeholders for a planned family cruise for our 40th anniversary next summer. 2 with full benefits on the first leg of the cruise, and then 2 with full OBB benefits on the second cruise and one with just the stateroom credit under what I was told was a Friends and Family plan.
