Questions about MNSSHP

Just wondering if you have gone to the MNSSHP if you would recommend it?

What percentage of the adults dress up?

On a week day in mid October would you expect it to sell out?

Are the lines for rides long?

Is there a DVC discount on tix?

Yes ther eis a discount but it is only for certain nights

Many adults dress up, I'd say 20-30%. DH and I just wear festive or orange clothing.

THe lines are not bad and we have been 10/29 10/31 in 2009 and will be ther for 10/31 this year. After the second parade you can ride anything you want.

I wouldn't expect mid Oct to sell out and many folks wait to see what the weather is like. Becasue we are going 10/31 I have already purchased tickets.

MNSSHP is a bit better than MVMCP and that is a tought one to beat. WDW seems to go all out for Halloween and the Headless Horseman is incredible. While expensive it is worth every penny especially if the other parks are closing early.

Very worth seeing! We went last year and We are going again this year on 9/20/11. I don't think you will have a problem purchasing closer to your trip date, but If you can buy them in advance do so.

We really enjoy it. The parade is not to be missed and the special fireworks are great too. Be sure to go trick-or-treating. My DH never did this as a kid so he gets a kick out of doing it at WDW.

We usually buy our tickets weeks in advance and then hope for good weather on the party night. This year I'm going to wait until we get there and buy them a couple of days ahead. We always pick one of the mid-week events so I'm hoping they won't sell out before we try to purchase tickets.

We're 6 gals and will be there for the first party. I just ordered the tickets today! 2 of my friends have never been and I just can't wait to see their reaction to the fireworks and the parade. It's lots of fun. We wear Halloween type shirts and maybe a hat but not if it's hot, as it usually is.
