Today I booked a "to go" meal for Fantasmic, and a Wine Country Trattoria meal for WOC. I was wondering what other guests thought about these meals. I am also curious as to the seating pluses and minuses for the two shows involved. Thanks in advance.

The fantasmic to go meal gets you the same fast pass from the machine, just FYI. There is no special area or return time.

The to go meal just gives you the same FP for F! That you get from the machines.
The WCT meal will get you into preferred viewing for WOC. I like the dining packages at the restaurants that get you into a particular viewing section. The to go options offer little to no value IMO.

I agree with the others the to go meal for Fantasmic doesn't really offer any particular value, if you can swing the cost go to the Blue Bayou or the River Belle Terrace. We did the Blue Bayou in July/August and enjoyed the viewing section and at the restaurant we were given seat cushions to sit on during the show (and keep). Ask for a bag to carry them at the restaurant then you can keep them together easily. When we went the Blue Bayou and the River Belle were sharing the same view section, but it didn't feel too crowded and we had plenty of space.

We also did the Carthay and the Wine Country WOC dinner package (well lunch at the Carthay). The Carthay has its own viewing section which is nice as the Wine Country shares with Ariel's Grotto. We enjoyed the viewing from both spots and thought it was well worth our money. There was plenty of space for viewing in both sections and when I looked at the regular Fast Pass sections it was very packed in. The food was better at the Carthay but we had a decent meal at Wine Country. Sit outside if you can at Wine Country, because it was raining we were stuck inside and it isn't very scenic in there.

The only real advantage to the F! to go meal is if you know you will arrive late to DL and you want to make sure that you get a regular FP, then the meal will allow you to avoid the worry and rushing of trying to get to the machines before FPs run out. Otherwise, it will be cheaper just to get a regular FP.
