Hi all! We are still trying to figure out our lodging for our March 2014 trip (Spring Break...ugh, we're scared ), and we have four options currently: offsite (at Fairfield or equivalent), onsite at Value, onsite at Moderate, or renting from DVC.

I have a few question about DVC rentals.

1) We would only be able to afford a studio. Is the pull out comfortable? How big is it? Could it be shared between two full grown teenage girls?

2) Do DVC renters qualify for EMH?

3) Do DVC renters qualify for FP+?

4) Can DVC renters us the 180 + 10 for ADRS?

5) Finally, are all ADRs and FP+ reservations (if we could do this) linked to your DVC reservation? If so, how does this work, since you are not making the reservation through Disney?

1) Some pullouts are more comfortable than others. Much of it depends on which resort you are staying at. They open into a double bed, which can be a tight fit for some people but not a problem for others.

2) Yes.

3) As of right now, none of the DVC resorts are participating in the FP+ and Magic Band testing. Once it is brought online, DVC members should be able to use them just like any Disney hotel guest.

4) Yes.

5) No. ADRs can be linked to your reservation but do not need to be. People staying offsite make ADRs all of the time and they have no Disney resort reservation to link them to! FP+ should be able to be linked to your resort reservation but there is also talk of AP holders being able to take advantage of it and they don't necessarily stay onsite. In their case, the FP+ would be linked to their AP, which has an RFID chip in it.
