When will the construction on the Dolphin be complete?

Will the Dolphin have heavenly beds?

Are the beds in the Swan and Dolphin doubles or queens?
 
I do not know about the construction dates, but yes the Dolphin will have heavenly beds. The Swan has queens and the Dolphin has doubles.
