Questions about Cypress Pointe

I'm a little confused about the different parts of this resort. Are the Grand Villas part of the overall resort or are they separate?

Expedia lists a place called Sunterra Cypress Pointe. Is this part of the same place? They don't mention Grand Villas but a studio suite and only one pool so I'm not sure if I'm looking at a different resort or not.

Sunterra Cypress Point has two phases - Phase I (which is usually just referred to as Cypress Point, or CP) and Phase II (which are referred to as Cypress Point Grand Villas or CPGV). The difference between the two phases are here:

The resort is pretty small, so there is only a short walk from one phase to the other, and everything is centrally located around the main activity area and pool.
