Ive never been on a Disney cruise and only been on one cruise in my life. I'm thinking of going on a cruise in fall 2017 with a 3 year old and a 21 month old child.

Any recommendations, advice, etc. ?

I know they say the kids clubs are great, but how much time should I expect my kids to spend there without getting bored?

We would likely try to do a few days at Disney world and then go on the cruise after as I would assume it's more relaxing than park days.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts or suggestions.

The 21 month old will not be old enough for the Kids clubs unless he/she turns 3 before sailing.
I will let you know how my trip goes with our 20 month old, first cruise and we leave next Monday!

We went ahead and booked nursery for him during dinner times (second seating) because it is 8:15-9:30 ish and he would be super tired. We can cancel nursery up to 4 hours prior to reservation time without being charged the $9/per hour.
If you are doing Palo/Remy or the Spa, you should pre-register for nursery then also. Kids Clubs have no additional charge.
