Questions about choosing LLs for a party of 9

We are a party of 9 and I’ve been designated the “purchaser” for all our LLs. My question relates to making different selections for different groups of people. I’ve watched many videos that say I should make the same selection for all nine people initially and then go back and do modifications. I’ve seen many videos that show how to modify the time of a selection, but I can’t seem to find anything that shows how to modify not only the time but also the attraction and for only some of the group.

Can anyone direct me to a video that might help, or explain how this might (or might not) work?

Note; You can only make changes affecting some but not all of the people you are buying for after you have made the purchase. At the time of purchase, everyone on that purchase needs to have the same attractions and times.
