Questions about changing guests

Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this. I have a group of 5 going this weekend to WDW for three days. Everything has been booked/purchased and the Magic bands have arrived. One of the girls backed out and now we want to take someone different. Could anyone tell me the best way to change the guest on the reservations or can we just use her Magic band since we have it (We are paying her for the ticket). Thanks!!

Just use her MB. Easiest way to do it.

You could technically call & have them change the name but I don't trust Disney phone agents to even look at my reservation without messing it up.

There's no need to change her name.

You can Edit names in your MDE account but she needn't worry about it.
