Questions about cash reservations through DVC

I had a few questions about reserving rooms with cash through Member Services.

1. Can I reserve a cash room at my non-home resort with the DVC discount at 11 months or do I need to wait until 7 months? Is there different availability at each time?

2. Do I need to pay just one night deposit when reserving multiple nights or do I need to pay for the entire stay upfront?

3. If paying cash for multiple nights, do I get mousekeeping each night or just trash and towel on the fourth day like with points?

1. You can get it at 11 months but there may not be much availability at that point. More rooms become available as members trade out to other locations.

2. One night

3. It's treated as a points stay. If you link it to a points stay, it becomes one stay.

The discount isn't always available and most of us aren't really sure what makes that so.
