Questions about Calling for a Pin

1) What is the number I should use when calling to see if I have a pin attached to my name?

2) And when I do call...what department do I want.

I tried calling the main number....get the automated response....so I just ask for reservations?

Any tips would be appreciated! Thank you!!

I always call the main number and get to making a new reservation department. When someone gets on the phone I ask if there is a pin attached to my household.

Thanks! I did call...and the CM had no idea what I was talking about He told me you are sent it by email, etc.....!!! So I guess no pin for me!!

Nope - you just got a CM with no clue. Yes, they do sent them by snail mail and email but I have also had them and never received notification.

I was pricing vacations on the WDW website and did the chat with a CM - they said they could not tell me if I had any PIN's associated with my name on the chat, but to call this number

May I ask what they said your pin was ? I called and they said I had one and it was 10 % we have a 10 night Res at POR does that seem right? She also said it was good for almost any date in 2012 . I did ask if I could use it at AOA and she said no.

I call once a week. I have had a cm point out how much I have called I told them to give me a pin and I would stop. I did get a pin 10 % I guess I should have said a 30 % pin . So the calling will continue
