Questions about booking the wedding

So we have decided to book the wedding on Monday morning before I go to work at 10am. I'm assuming someone would be able to answer my call at 9, but I'm not sure. Also, will I be able to do the initial booking in a half hour or will they need a lot of information other than location, date, time, and our personal info? Any answers would greatly help!

It shouldn't take more than 30 min as they just ask you a few basic questions until you are assigned a wedding planner and then they will get all the details. When I called for my wedding 2 weeks ago when they answered they took my info and said someone will call me back. They called back in about an hour or so and then I actually BOOKED the wedding date.
