Questions about BLT AND VDH

I have a couple questions. What kind of coffee maker does BLT have in their rooms?
Also what time of year would I have the best possible chance of booking a 2BR at VDH at 7 months -Late May? Anytime in June? Or anytime in July? Thanks

BLT just received a full room refurbishment, so they should have Keurig K-Duos (k-cup and drip).

I own VDH and I could not tell you which is best because a 2 bed is very hard to get all year long.
